WHAT ORDERS QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

All orders that are $35 and over and are being shipped to an address within the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will qualify for free shipping. International orders will not qualify for free shipping.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE SHIPPING? 

At Sustainable Deco, we strive to ship sustainably. We ship everything in an upcycled box and paper packing material. Additionally, some of our order deliveries are carbon neutral. 

DO YOU GIFT WRAP? 

Yes, absolutely! Just let us know that the package will be a gift and we will wrap it as a gift in a completely sustainable, unique way! Also in the message, please include the text for the note that will be added for the recipient. FYI, the packaging slip will not include the price of the item(s) for gifted items.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?  

Please note, orders will ship within 3 business days. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? 

Yes! We want to make it easier for you to shop sustainably, no matter where you are! For international orders of high value, we recommend purchasing Priority Mail International, opposed to First Class International, for package insurance, replacement eligibility, and tracking.
